We usually travel with a large group of about 18 people- and this complicates the dining seating and other reservations- with Lina we know we will get the table arrangements we ask for, and the boarding process will go smoothly so we can sit back and enjoy the cruise. She has also arranged for shore excursions that enhance the experience of the cruise. We highly recommend her to anyone planning for a cruise.

I found Lina Dicola at Cruise Planners by accident.  I already had taken several cruises and had an agent but found out I was doing alot of the work myself, so I randomly called some 800 #'s I found in our Cruise Travel magazine.  From our first conversation I liked her voice and eagerness to help me find the best price on our favorite line Royal Carribean.  When I look for prices I usually look for a large group that travels with us.  I am a very factual person and I know what I want and Lina and sometimes Dave Dicola have always worked with me on prices and have addressed all my concerns.  They even accompanied us on a Panama Canal cruise a few years ago and we had a ball. In May of 2009 our group booked a cruise with Lina on NCL to Hawaii.  It will be our first free style cruise and Lina and Dave will hopefully join us again.  My husband, myself and all our friends enjoy the great service and attention to detail we are given by them and plan on booking many more cruises with Cruise Planners in the future.
